About the Deal
The clients approached us to assist with the refinance of their existing portfolio of specialist care homes. This was a distressed situation due to one of the care homes losing its CQC rating and falling out of covenants with their existing lender.
The refinance allowed time to begin operating the care home back to the CQC standards required and then refinance onto long-term debt.
